ISE is the leading global tech event for the AV and systems integration industry, taking place 3–6 February 2026 at Fira de Barcelona, Gran Via. Production Futures will be there, alongside some of our 2025 Breakthrough Talent Award winners (pictured) and today we’re sharing how YOU (as a student) could also join us.
What is ISE?
- ISE (Integrated Systems Europe) is the world’s largest trade show for professional audiovisual (AV) technology and systems integration.

The show features innovations across AI, digital signage, smart buildings, broadcast, and immersive environments, alongside keynote talks, tech tours, and networking opportunities for professionals working in AV and related fields.

The 2026 theme is “Push Beyond”, exploring future-facing, intelligent, immersive, and human-centric technologies.
Why this is relevant to you
We’re excited to open expressions of interest for a very limited student opportunity to attend ISE Barcelona, supported by AVIXA (the AV association behind industry training and certification).
This opportunity is designed to give students real-world industry exposure, employer insight, and hands-on career inspiration at one of the most influential AV events in the world.
What’s included
Up to 3 students will be selected, with the following covered:

Economy return flights from the UK to Barcelona

One night’s hotel accommodation in Barcelona (Thursday 5 February)

Full access to ISE Barcelona

Attendance at the AVIXA AV Career Day

Opportunity to explore the show alongside the Production Futures group

What’s required from selected students
By registering interest, you confirm that you are available and willing to:

Attend the AVIXA Career Day session on Friday morning

Provide a CV in Europass format if shortlisted

Take part in AVIXA’s matchmaking / employer interview sessions (if selected)

Share your experience at ISE on social media, tagging AVIXA / AVIXA Foundation
You’ll need to cover your own:

Food and drink

Transport between the airport and hotel

Any additional accommodation or personal expenses

Places are extremely limited (maximum of 3 students)

If a faculty member attends, fewer student places may be available

Selection is not first come, first served, suitability and availability will be considered

Shortlisted candidates may be contacted quickly and must be able to respond promptly

Flights and hotel bookings will be arranged directly by AVIXA

Travel dates, flights, and accommodation are non-transferable

Failure to meet participation requirements may result in the place being withdrawn
