Creative Technology is proud to announce the arrival of its second cohort of apprentices, marking another exciting milestone in its ongoing commitment to developing the next generation of live events professionals.
Following the success of the inaugural programme, six new apprentices have joined the business, bringing fresh energy, curiosity, and ambition into the organisation. Since day one, they have immersed themselves in hands-on learning across key technical disciplines, including Audio, Cable Bay, Display, Integrated Networks, Lighting, and Vision & Media.
The Apprentice Programme is a cornerstone of Creative Technology’s investment in future talent. By offering real responsibility from the outset and direct exposure to industry-leading expertise, the programme equips participants with the practical skills and confidence needed to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving sector.
The early impact of the new cohort has already been clear. Their enthusiasm and willingness to learn have enabled them to settle quickly into their roles, contributing meaningfully while developing their technical and professional capabilities.
