We exist to create a production industry that is accessible, inclusive, and welcoming to today’s young people. This is important because it not only nurtures the next generation of talent but also fosters a more diverse workforce within the industry setting it up for future success.
To achieve this, we aim to bridge the gap between these groups and key players in the production industry. Our events are designed to engage young talent and provide them with valuable insights into this exciting industry. Our events cover a wide range of areas, including live events, music, festivals, touring, brand activation, theatre, install, AV, TV, broadcast, virtual and film production.
Our goal is to serve as a valuable hub of information, inspiration, education, community, and support for students interested in the production industry. This includes those aged 16-21 who are just starting their journey, as well as individuals aged 22-25 who have been working in the industry for 3 years or less.
