Production Futures ISE Takeover Success

Production Futures enjoyed a successful debut at ISE, where it was part of the ‘Fast Forward Friday’ takeover of the Live Events Stage. Providing an inspiring focus for young people on networking, training, and career growth in the live event technology and broadcast sectors, the Production Futures takeover promoted a day of learning, targeted at helping to develop the skills and confidence to meet career challenges head on.

Hannah Eakins of Production Futures saw the organisation’s first appearance at ISE as a very important milestone in taking its message to a global audience:

“Throughout the day, we invited special guests from all corners of the industry to give the ISE audience an insight into the world of training and work opportunities within live event and broadcast production, whilst simultaneously raising the profile of newcomers who are shaping the future.

“Through the generosity of our sponsors, who provided support in the form of travel bursaries, five of our Breakthrough Talent Award winners joined us for the day and gave fascinating insights into how the industry looks through their eyes, reflecting on the pathways and opportunities that were fundamental to their progress.

“As well as heartfelt thanks to our industry sponsors, we are grateful to ISE for giving us this important and groundbreaking platform – the event was a huge success for everyone involved. Taking our Award winners to ISE boosted their profiles, credibility, and confidence, at the same time as expanding their networks and opportunities. Their participation in our panels will have inspired and motivated others, creating positive engagement with both the Production Futures initiative and the industry as a whole.”
