Bob O’Brien has been in the music industry since 1988,touring solidly with some of the biggest names in music during that time.

He has spent over 15 years as a Production Manager for artists such as The Corrs, Ellie Goulding, Arcade Fire, Franz Ferdinand, The Strokes and The Script amongst many more and has been involved in some of the largest events in the music industry over the past 30 years and has been a five times nominee for TPI’s Production Manager of the Year.

He stepped back from the touring circuit in 2018 in order to head up SOS Event Logistics which is the Touring & Entertainment division of freight specialists SOS Global.

But is never far away from where the music happens, during the COVID pandemic he hosted a series of podcasts talking with current tour managers, veterans and industry legends.

Bob is currently based in UAE where he is overseeing the company’s foot print throughout the Middle East and he continues to service the Music Touring needs globally.
